Serenity and Micah did another 5K together. She ran and he rode his bike alongside her. He has been diagnosed with Plantar's Fasciitis. Sad day for my favorite runner. This race is by a beautiful park, so the whole family piles in the car to cheer them on, and plays in the park while they torture themselves....I mean, run.
