It's a good thing that the weather is so toasty here in Kerkhoven...Everything is getting pleasantly slushy. Serenity and I made some secret snowballs today and put them in the freezer in baggies to be brought out again for a mid-summer snowball fight.
Micah and JT split wood today to heat the house with, but I personally have been "unseasonably warm" for the last few days. I laugh at myself, because everyone else is still bundled and I am fanning myself with whatever I can get my hands on. We joke about me having "buns in the oven," but I'm beginning to believe there is some truth to that.
